These efforts here very happy! This is clearly in the right direction and goes well with the results of my MTh thesis .
As I said (see MTh thesis), my concern is that such initiatives for leaders with mental and are physical limitations and not only for church members. This necessarily also to clarify the relationship between leadership and disability in the church context needed ...
